These Terms of Use (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Kernel Media ("Kernel Media," "we," "us," or "our"), a media company incorporated and operating in Canada, with respect to your use of the website located at canadacasinos.io and all associated subdomains, pages, content, tools, and services (collectively, the "Site").

• Any content you submit, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Site;
• Your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights;
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation, including without limitation any AGCO or CASL requirements;
• Any gambling activity undertaken at a third-party operator following your use of this Site.

This indemnification obligation survives the termination or expiration of these Terms and your use of the Site.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to any conflict of law principles.

You irrevocably agree that the courts of the Province of Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site. By using the Site, you unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of Ontario courts for this purpose.

Before commencing any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us through our About page. We will endeavour to respond to your concern within ten (10) business days. This informal dispute resolution process is a condition precedent to any formal legal action.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms. The Site is operated from Canada and we make no representation that its content is appropriate or available in locations outside of Canada. Access to the Site from territories where its content is illegal is prohibited.

Modifications to Terms. Kernel Media reserves the right to revise and update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately upon posting and apply to all subsequent access to and use of the Site. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. You are expected to check this page periodically so you are aware of any changes.

Modifications to the Site. We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or modify any content, tool, or feature on the Site at any time without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Termination. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, limitation of liability, and governing law, shall survive.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver. No failure or delay by Kernel Media in exercising any right or remedy constitutes a waiver of that right or remedy. No waiver shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Kernel Media.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Affiliate Disclosure and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kernel Media with respect to the Site and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
